The exhibition accompanying the conference sessions of ChemCon Europe 2021 will be open from Tuesday October 26th – Friday October 29th, 2021.

To enable your company to have the best possible contact with our delegates, the exhibition is situated in the area where all coffee and lunch breaks will take place.

The package includes:

• Stand Area rent (2,5 m x 2,5 m)
• Option to provide personalised artwork for two walls
• LED-lights integrated in the exhibition frame behind the personalised artwork
• Personalised reception desk, with company logo
• 3 chairs
• 1 table
• Wireless internet
• Preparation, set-up and dismantling.

All other equipment has to be provided by the exhibitors themselves. Renting of additional equipment via a local supplier is possible (in this case please notify the conference organiser).

Concerning the overall handling of the exhibition, please read the exhibition regulations (available on request).

The number of representatives of the exhibiting company (no access to the conference sessions) is limited to four persons per day. Please be aware that registration for taking part in the conference sessions has to be done separately. Exhibitors receive two free tickets for the social event (Wednesday October 27th, 2021).
